License Plate Management

A licence plate can be associated with each device in a UnipolMove contract.
In addition, the licence plate can be changed at any time on your Electronic Toll Collection profile whenever required

If the error message “licence plate occupied” appears, it means that the licence plate you have selected is already associated with another UnipolMove device/contract. If you need further assistance in matching your licence plate, please open a ticket in the support section of your Member Area. This specifically enhances the type, detail and subject of the ticket.

To change the licence plate associated with your device, log in to your Electronic Toll Collection Profile. In the box displaying your devices, click on the edit button and enter the new licence plate you wish to associate. Remember that you have to reactivate the associated services (Area C, affiliated Car Parks, …) on the new licence plate each time you make a change.

From the UnipolMove App, to change the license plate associated with your device, follow these steps: on the homepage click on the “Electronic Toll – Manage License Plates and Devices” card > change associated license plate > choose from the drop-down menu the license plate if you already have it registered in the garage, or click on “Enter another vehicle.”

Keep in mind that if you change the vehicle, all associated services will be transferred to the new vehicle.

If you have active agreements, be sure to check in the agreement-specific FAQ if you need to cancel before changing your number plate.

From the Web, to change the number plate associated with your device, go to your Private Area and follow these steps: Profile > Your devices.

In the section where you see your devices listed, click on the edit button and enter the new number plate you wish to associate. Please note that if you change the vehicle, all associated services will be moved to the new vehicle.
