Yes! You can apply for Roadside Assistance for a commercial vehicle as long as it weighs less than 3.5 tonnes.
No problem! You can leave your vehicle in front of a closed workshop upon completion of a release of liability to the roadside assistance company.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you can also have the vehicle towed to the tow truck depot and then complete the transport when the workshop reopens. Total flexibility to adapt to your needs!

No, it is not possible to schedule an intervention. The service is organised immediately after the towing request.

If you have requested Roadside Assistance with UnipolMove and we were unable to provide the service for reasons beyond your control, you may request a refund of the amount paid.
How to do this?
Open a report in the “Assistance and FAQ” section of the UnipolMove App and follow this path: “Reports > Complaints Glass/Roadside Assistance > Open Complaint”.
