The Motorcycle Discount is valid on the entire Italian highwat network, except in areas managed by the following companies: Autoroutes Esterel-Côte d’Azur (only the exit at the border with France), Autostrada Pedemontana Lombarda S.p.A., Superstrada Pedemontana Veneta, Consorzio per le Autostrade Siciliane, and Salerno-Pompei-Napoli S.p.A., which do not adhere to this benefit.
Activation Process
To activate the Motorcycle Discount, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Reserved Area on the UnipolMove.it website, click on “Your Profile,” and then on “Your Plan”;
- In the “Agreements” section, click on “Manage” within the “Motorcycle” card;
- Click “Request Activation” and select the vehicle for which you want to request activation;
- Follow the steps provided and attach:
- The Motorcycle Discount form, available on the page, filled out and signed;
- A copy of a valid ID;
- The motorcycle registration document.
- Click “Submit Documentation.”
If the checks are successful, we will send you a confirmation email, and you can start traveling with your device benefiting from the discount.
Important Notes:
- The agreement can only be managed through the UnipolMove.it website.
- To request activation, you must first associate your UnipolMove device with the motorcycle’s license plate for which you are requesting the discount.
- The request form must be complete with both date and signature. Otherwise, the dealer may reject the request.
- Ensure that the attached documents do not exceed 5 MB.
Activation Timeline
It takes approximately three working days to activate the Motorcycle Discount. Please wait for the activation confirmation email.
PAN Entry
The PAN to be entered is not your payment card number. It is a 20-digit identification code for your UnipolMove device, which you can find in your Reserved Area on the UnipolMove website under “Your Profile,” in the “Your Devices” section.
Note: Do not confuse the PAN with the device code. Both are listed under “Your Devices,” but the PAN consists of 20 digits, while the device code has 8 digits.
Revocation of the Motorcycle Discount
If you want to revoke the Motorcycle Discount active on your UnipolMove contract, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Reserved Area on the UnipolMove.it website, click on “Your Profile,” and then on “Your Plan”;
- In the “Agreements” section, click on “Manage” within the “Motorcycle” card;
- Click “Revoke” and then “Proceed.”
When the revocation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email and can continue traveling with your device without benefiting from the discount.
Loss or Replacement of the UnipolMove Toll Device
If you replace your UnipolMove device due to theft, loss, or malfunction, the benefit will automatically expire. If you want to continue enjoying the advantages, you must repeat the activation request for your new device by following the instructions in the “Activation Process” section.
License Plate Change for the Aosta Valley Residents Agreement
If you change the license plate associated with your UnipolMove device on which the Motorcycle Discount is active, the benefit will automatically expire. To continue enjoying the advantages, you must repeat the activation request for the new license plate by following the instructions in the “Activation Process” section.
Warning: If the motorcycle’s license plate is not correctly associated with the device for which the Motorcycle Discount was activated, you may face legal penalties.
Motorcycle Discount and Other Agreements
It is not possible to request the activation of the Motorcycle Discount if you have another agreement with a highway dealer active on the same license plate/device. If you want to request it, you must first cancel the other agreements.
