The CAV (Concessioni Autostradali Venete) agreement is reserved for UnipolMove customers residing in the municipalities of Mirano, Dolo, Mira, Spinea, and Pianiga.
A discount is available for commuters (those with 20 or more trips per month) with private-use vehicles of class “A” on the route from Padova Est Station to Mirano-Dolo Station and vice versa. Once the minimum number of trips is reached in a calendar month (calculated per individual device), a tariff discount of 40% will be applied for each passage made during the reference month.
Note: the discounted passages may appear on the invoice following the month in which they were made. No discounts will appear on the invoice if fewer than 20 passages were made during the reference month on the discounted route.
The CAV agreement is valid until 31/12/2025 (unless extended).
Route of Competence
The CAV agreement is valid on the route from Padova Est Station to Mirano-Dolo Station and vice versa.
Activation Process
To request activation of the CAV agreement, follow these instructions:
- Log in to the Reserved Area on the UnipolMove.it website, click “Your profile,” then “Your plan”;
- In the “Agreements” section, click “Manage” inside the CAV card;
- Click “Request activation”;
- Select the vehicle for which you want to request activation;
- Follow the indicated steps and attach:
- The form, which you can find on the page, completed and signed;
- A copy of a valid ID document;
- The vehicle’s registration certificate;
- Click “Submit documentation.”
Following your request, we will verify the correctness of the attached documentation and forward it to the Concessionaire to request activation of the CAV agreement.
Attention:
- The agreement can only be managed on the UnipolMove.it website;
- The request form must be correctly completed in all parts, including date and signature. If not, the Concessionaire may reject the request;
- Make sure the attached documents do not exceed 5MB.
If the verification is successful, we will send you a confirmation email, and you can start using your device with the applicable discount.
Inserting the PAN
The PAN to enter is not your payment card number. It is an identification code for your UnipolMove device, consisting of 20 digits, and you can find it in your Reserved Area on the UnipolMove website under “Your Profile,” in the “Your Devices” section.
Attention: do not confuse the PAN with the device code. Both are listed under “Your Devices,” but the PAN consists of 20 digits, while the device code has 8 digits.
Loss or Replacement of the UnipolMove Toll Device
If you replace your UnipolMove device due to theft, loss, or malfunction, the CAV agreement will be automatically canceled upon your request. If you want to continue enjoying the benefits of the agreement, you must repeat the activation request for your new UnipolMove device.
Changing the License Plate Associated with the CAV Agreement
If you change the license plate associated with your UnipolMove device, the discount will automatically be applied to the new license plate.
Revoking the CAV Agreement
If you want to revoke the active CAV agreement on your UnipolMove contract, you must send an email to scontocav@unipolmove.it requesting the revocation. In the email, include your UnipolMove contract number and the license plate for which the discount is active.
Once the Concessionaire has revoked the agreement, we will send you a confirmation email.Changing Residence
If you change your residence address within one of the municipalities eligible for the discount, you must first request revocation and then submit a new activation request. If you change residence outside of an eligible municipality, you will no longer be able to benefit from the agreement.
